Refund & Cancellation Policy Last updated: May 2026

At Antonio Bandeja Sport Camps, all bookings are considered final upon confirmation. Due to the exclusive and limited-capacity nature of our camps — which involve reserved court time, accommodation, coaching staff, and curated programming — we are unable to guarantee refunds once a reservation is made.

Deposits All deposits paid at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations If you need to cancel your participation for any reason, you must contact us in writing as soon as possible at contact@bandejasportscamp.com. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee any refund or credit, regardless of the notice period. Any goodwill gesture — such as a partial credit or date transfer — is entirely at the discretion of Antonio Bandeja Sport Camps and cannot be claimed as a right.

Date Transfers Requests to move a booking to a different camp date are subject to availability and must be submitted in writing. We do not guarantee the availability of alternative dates, and any transfer is handled at our sole discretion.

No-shows & Early Departures No refund or credit of any kind will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, regardless of the reason.

Cancellations by Antonio Bandeja Sport Camps In the unlikely event that we must cancel a camp, we will work with affected participants to find a suitable alternative date. Refunds in this scenario are evaluated individually and are not automatically guaranteed.
