By accessing bandejasportscamp.com or booking any of our camps, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Payments All bookings are subject to availability and become confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. Full payment is due prior to the camp start date. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or unpaid bookings without notice.

Participation Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical condition to take part in camp activities. Antonio Bandeja Sport Camps accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during or in connection with any program.

Behaviour We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or incompatible with the camp environment — without refund.

Cancellations & Refunds All cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website. No refund is automatically guaranteed.

Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, and branding — is the property of Antonio Bandeja Sport Camps and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antonio Bandeja Sport Camps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of this website.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
